Have had a heaping tablespoon of psyllium husk on Wednesday at mom's house. Nobel movement in a few days.

Put a tablespoon of psyllium husk in a shake for breakfast this morning.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
