The week I lost 2.2 lbs was the week I was exercising every single day.. But this week (when I gained 2.2 lbs back) my exercise decreased. Probably because I didn't have time to do it; I've been so busy with shopping for the holidays that I get no time to exercise! Hopefully this week's gonna be different!
