Todays workout
Yoga: 1 hour

I was scheduled to do the 20 hard core abbs and yoga 20 min but I went ahead and did an hour of yoga and skipped the abb workout.
My back is killing me and yoga really healped but that only helps for so long.
I am looking into a chiropractor to see if that could do a better job.
After four kids I could use a realignment I am sure.
Next Monday I take my new picture to see if there is any progress. I am really dreading it since I have been feeling fat.
Maybe a reality check will be good for me.
