I DID NOT WEIGH IN TODAY.....that is a huge deal for me as I am a total scale addict.
That is my goal this week. Not to weigh in again till next Tuesday, May 11th. That and to stay on plan all this week. Feeling decent today...which is a start.
I don't want to bite off too much too soon, so I am not jumping on trying to get exercise routine in place at the same time as my eating. Baby Steps. That is my new mantra.
