I would say I am now recovered. I haven't really had any nausea. I've been very sleepy here and there. Tomorrow is my last day at my current job. It's bitter sweet, but I know I'll be happier. I move Monday after my doctor's appointment after an oil change. What a great opportunity my work has given me, but it just is not the right fit for me. My boss has been trying to get me to create a training binder for my replacement (I'm bitter because it is not my job to train new hires and I never received a training binder), but I wish the new girl the very best. I will likely not get to meet her.

I spoke to an old friend about my 'digestive' problems I've been having. Undigested sunflower seeds, corn, lettuce,... Some are normal unless accompanied by runny bowel movements. That indicates some kind of IBS. It's been off and on like that for a few months now (since about April/May). I don't have health insurance so seeing a doctor is up to when I save up enough (can I really do that when I don't know what it is? A PET scan can be easily 4k uninsured if the doctor wants me to get that). I was told to get checked for cancer (both my grandmother and mother died of kidney cancer - mom was 36 and grandmother in her 50's) so that's on the agenda too. I plan to get on insurance by the end of this year or just some time next year.

No blood or pain and IBS is really common. My old friend said that maybe I just need to try to relax and de-stress because stress can be a cause from that. With graduation that happened in May and moving in with my aunt and being nauseous, I was stressed. I'm about to move 1.5 hours away, moving in general is stressful but I didn't think I was that stressed. He made the comment that the subconscious can be a pretty powerful thing.

My eating habits have not been amazing, but with me being sick and trying to figure out the other problems, I've been trying to experiment with different foods to see if they help. I've kept my portion sizes very controlled though which has showed somewhat on the scale so I'm happy about that :)

Edit: I forgot to add playing Pokemon Go with my boyfriend once a week (we walk around for about 1 hour and one time 3 hours) hitting Pokestops and gyms, has really helped me. I wore through a pair of shoes and had to get new ones but I had those shoes for 4 years! My feet are sore but it's a fun experience. We sometimes do it with some of his friends and brother, so it's not seen as exercise to me really because how fun it has become.

"Fun" exercise is the BEST exercise! I spent 4 hours walking around the fair with my dad on Saturday and we had a great time. We only left because Dad's feet were hurting. He's not used to that much concentrated walking. I'm glad you're paying attention to your diet and figuring what works for you. A lack of insurance is a bummer, but maybe the Mayo Clinic online can give some help. That's my go-to site for medical stuff. I used to get IBS symptoms on a regular basis... burning, cramping, diarrhea. I haven't had them in months and the only thing that's really changed is I've reduced the sugar and fat (specifically butter) a LOT. Almost no sugar now and very little wheat. No more symptoms, so that's food for thought! Good luck with your move!

@SoCalPam so after being where I moved to some time, it's calmed down a lot. I did get food poisoning and a stomach bug again so it's hard to tell how much it actually calmed down. But I also had this breakthrough moment. My Salt!!!!!! I don't eat a lot of sugar because I'm not a sweet kind of person, I love my savory/salty stuff. I've never been one to butter my toast or items either, but after having something very salty my stomach was all over the place (a burger I didn't finish and fries from Chile's) but for dinner I had a bowl of leftover chicken and dumpling soup (1 piece of dumpling, few pieces of carrot and tiny almost nonexistent chicken and celery) and 2 cutie oranges, no problems. It's my salt! After I have a sausage and cheese kolache from Shipleys I have problems, and it's high in salt more than anything and fat but mostly salt! This amazing breakthrough has helped my health as a whole a lot because it just seemed to get worse and worse but to be honest, my diet just got saltier and saltier! Giant facepalm moment you know? Something right there.
