Note on keto and protein.
I think it's kinda funny how we get about protein. It seems like people are either afraid of having to little or too much. In most fitness communities, especially in regards to resistance training, you'll find people telling you to have as much as a gram per pound of body weight. Or you'll "lose muscle!😱". Than in the keto communities you'll find people telling you to be careful not to have "too much". Or you'll be kicked out or ketosis!😱.
I've decided to stay between 80 and 110. 30 gram difference but it seems to be my comfort range. Based on what I like to eat and how I feel. Some people my size and gender would warn me that that much protein can kick me out of ketosis. Here's the thing. You don't have to be in ketosis every hour of everyday to see results. Stressing over perfection isn't great for weight loss either.

For whatever reason I feel better with a little more protein. I actually lose more weight too.
Bottom line is as much as education and tips can help us. Stressing over reaching the standard may not always be best. We have to experiment and see what works best for our bodies and life styles. 😊Have a Happy Healthy Day ☺

Well, who can be more right than your own body. Increased wellness, and getting more lean. Dr Ben Bikman brought great enlightenment. The body react very different to proteins, on a very low carb diet, as oppose to a higher carb diet. This is one of the reasons I no longer is concerned with going high. Feel a ton better doing so.

Exactly right. Protein does produce an insulin response and kick you out of ketosis. So. What. Doesn't matter a bit. Do what works for you.

As long as you get at least your minimum protein requirement (about 0.5 g per lb of your weight), the you are good. Every body's insulin response is different.
