WOOOOTTTTTT - I was at 200.2 last week while waiting to get under 200 - so stupid, right? One sweaty workout later and ONEderland! The same will happen to you by Friday - drink a ton of water and go for a long walk - presto! Onederland.

I did a good job of water intake today, but skipped lunch due to a crazy workday, and didn't go crazy at dinner. But it was restaurant food and I am confident I had more calories than recorded, so don't think I am starving! My average over 4 months is 1500, this month's average is 1360kcal.

I absolutely love the journals where people are reaching those hundred mark goals. They are so motivating for all of us to keep at the goals we set. Congratulations on being almost there and best of luck to all of us on reaching our mini goals and ultimate goals whatever they may be!!!

I know! Got on the scale this morning and it was still 200.1, but I haven't worked out yet and weirdly my best weight is usually post-workout, pre-lunch. So keep your fingers crossed that around 1 p.m. Pacific I'll do my weigh-in an RAWK IT!
