The scale gods giveth, the scale gods taketh away :( I am disapointed.... I'd be less than human if I wasn't. But what can you do. This is a long term thing, and I can't let a day to day scale measurement affect me. I am in ketosis, and I have regained two notches on my belt. So hurrah me :)
259.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 79.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Paul, allow me to comment, please. Are you eating enough? Wow 1200 cals do not get me out of bed! As far as I know, on Atkins people should eat more cals, no?
