I gotta tell you all.., MY FEET ARE KILLING ME!.., lol. My boyfriend and I went to Boston and wandered around for a while on Saturday arriving early for the FOO FIGHTERS show at Fenway Park, my only problem was that I wore the wrong shoes for all that walking. If you're not exactly sure where you're going and are going to potentially do a lot of walking, Chuck Taylor's ARE NOT the best shoes to wear, yes they are comfortable but they don't have enough padding to prevent blisters.. oh well, it was 6.5 miles of walking and other than my feet still hurting, Saturday was AWESOME!

the blisters were TOTALLY worth it!, F.F had a great opening band, The Struts ( sound a wicked lot like Freddy Mercury) but the warm-up band was a local from Brookline Mass and OMG he was terrible but his band was ok.., Great show! My First time ever at Fenway. Would definitely go see The Struts if they toured they put on a good show

Soak your feet in a strong solution of hot water and Epsom Salt. Works good for bug bites too.

When I lived in NH I used take the bus down and then walk the city until it was time for the Red Sox game. You got to have comfortable shoes and I usually took 2pairs that were super comfortable, and then keep switching them so it wouldn't put pressure on the same places. Always take something to put on blisters right away.
Most of all enjoy, Boston is a great city.

Your feet may be killing you for now which is understandable with the wrong shoes, but having and awesome time with someone you care about was worth it. Happy for you Jess.
