Well finally climbed down off the plateau...
Since I won't log a weight until it is stable..
I have been stuck at the 173.3 weight for a week..
but now stabilized at 171.5... getting close to the original goal..
Been roughly 3 months since I got serious... with an original goal of a 28 pound weight loss. that's , on average 2.33 lbs per week.. and still within the reasonable and safe range. Went off the rails a few times.. but learned that as long as you immediately get back on... then any set back is very temporary..
171.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
