baskington's Journal, 23 July 2018

ugh one of those days, I retained a pound of water overnight and it took me forever to get enough water in me to check my ketosis level after my coffee. still good after my adventure with arby's Rueben. I gave up trying to match the calories and macro's for my log. I did the best I could to make the macro's line up and know I had 200 extra calories. I needed the extra as it was a work out day so all was good there. a little extra protein never hurts when you are working out.

got on my total gym this morning and boy I used muscles I haven't in years. Still shakey from the work out. many things I just could not do even with the incline board at near the lowest level. Testing several exercises that I can have back support and get some extra work. never got to the leg exercises, just one of them.

plenty of time to get to the rest. lots of appointments today and I have to save some energy.

oddly I work up a little light headed and it certainly wasn't from being too low in calories. Just going to keep drinking water all morning to recover from the work out.

total gym rat now haha! love the Ruben too! I find it so hard to log when eating out. I think I'd log the piece of cheese, the corned beef and sauerkraut and thousand island separately. BTW,,I always ask Arby's for 1000 island on side so I knew how much to log. happy Monday

well the build a meal for arby's did allow me to get all the facts and total numbers I needed, I just could not build it in the diet log correctly. 26 fat, 25 protein and 7 carbs with one fiber. the calories were 350. so no problem logging the marco's. It was nice to find, I have been under calculating the protein and fat from when ever my husband brought home half a sandwich for my breakfast. Now at least I can guess better. LOL!and yes, I miss my reubens I think next time I go shopping I will just grab the fixings. I should not deprive myself.
