Back from vacation and did not gain! Yay! Then we got chinese take out since we had no food in the house from being away for a week. Boo. I knew that would set me back for a few days, as it always does, but today I'm just one pound over so that is not bad.

I've noticed recently my curves are filling in. I don't like it. I think its become a breaking point for me. I've also noticed an increase in back acne. At 26, I'm frustrated to have as much acne is as a 14 year old. In fact, I'm almost certain most of my friends did not have as much acne then as I do now. I've done the medications, the topical creams, the face washes, but back acne is even harder to work on when you can't reach it. Something must be done. That something is exercise. It's not my favorite thing in the world so I've never stuck to it long. This time, I must. Must be strong! Must tone body! Must clear skin!

I also had a conversation with my husband last night which surprised me...I told him that I am not set on reaching a number (though it would be nice). I want to be tone and fit. I can stay 155 as long as I am tone. 155 not tone is not pretty. He tells me that he thinks I am beautiful the way I am (awwweee) but I need to do this for me. I also want to be able to encourage future children to eat well and exercise and at this point, I would not be,

Today, husband and I got up early and ran before work. Day 1 complete :) go us!
156.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
