I'm restarting today with a clean slate. I am trying to let go of the guilt of not having taken care of myself for the last week and the place it has put me in now.

I am going to try to reclaim my initial excitement when I first started Atkins and actually stick to the plan. I need to stop being so mean to myself and take better care of me.

Rebecca, not sure what you could have done that would be so bad to be on the verge of giving up. Just to let you in on a secret, no one is perfect. We have all made mistakes and are struggling to find balance and understanding and success. Learn what you can about why you may have swayed and move on. You can do this for yourself. Have faith and do it.

I have made several mistakes - many of us have. We just have to learn from them how to do better and then move forward with renewed determination like you are doing. Good luck to you.
