Great! I noticed that Monday you logged a more complete menu and it looked very good with enough protein and net carbs to sustain you - and look at this - you had a loss! I know it seems backwards, but eating a little more allows the body to burn some fat rather than hold the fat. Good work! You will get there because you are committed - please don't let a slow down disappoint you. Look at your big picture and how well you already have done. :)

Thanks Ladies. I try to log as much of the food I eat as humanly possibly but truth is I'm not always a focus. So please no worries if you see an empty or close to empty day.. I'm not starving myself. Promise. :)
