Lean in the mirror and abs, such as they are, back at 194/195. That's my scale limit going forward, I think. Still have a small pooch/skin fold on lower abs at the belly button. Most pronounced when bending over, and over the top of the compression shorts. I would like to wipe that out completely. Biggest remaining visible fat is def the love handles/lower back. Less committed to getting that to zero. We'll see where we're at when the front is done.

Have been finding multi day fasting quite challenging at this level of leanness. Ended up eating last night when I cooked for the fam instead of fasting overnight as planned. Pound of sirloin slathered in garlic butter. Steak seems to be the way to go...

Thought the back strain from last week was fine, but it kept me off ab work yesterday and had me up last night. DMSO, aspercreme roll on and Tylenol...

Had planned to make this a back to back lift day, but am going to rest, tend to the back, and NOT EAT. Assuming that the back is sorted, tomorrow will be a lift day with full morning weigh-in.

Hungry AF at 0800. Grocery delivery en route. Cook/Prep day for the coming week. Wish me luck...

Perhaps you cannot fast (much) when your body fat is so low? Dr. Fung doesn't advise it. You have to admit you are part of the 1% that have this problem... :)

Good luck! Just curious, do you have to cook for the family? Can spouse or kids pitch in? It seems to trip you up. (Because of course you are hungry, and a great cook am guessing.) I love cooking, and it doesn't usually bother me to throw in a pizza or fry some eggs for roommate if i am fasting. but i am not fasting nearly as long as you, nor am i making steaks!
