I told my hubby he has to help me shop tomorrow. We need some fresh stuff and there is no way I can do it myself. I am doing better about asking for help. Hard way to learn that lesson.
Hubby is picking blackberries tonight. I feel bad I can't help him, on the flip side I am thankful I do not have to be out in the heat.

Taking care of your knee is so important - hopefully the MRI will come through for you. At least you can work your arms and core...I hope you feel better and have the treatment you need.
