Day 16. Last day of my 12 hr shifts. Suprised at myself that i didnt run and fill my face after the stress I had. My husbands grandfather has cancer and doesnt look good. My poor husband cant go see him because he is in canada so for personal reasons he cant go there. Which is very upsetting. So I will be making that trip there by my self with the kids very soon. glad I wasable to hold strong and not eat things bad for me.

WELL DONE on staying away from stress eating. It's my experience that the satisfaction of resisting the temptation TOTALLY outweighs the comfort of eating when stressed. It's often hard to do, though, so hat's off to you. :)

Keep up the good work and congrats on another two pounds gone. I know it is so tough to take care of yourself with the kids demanding attention. You can do this!!

Darlin' I can't even imagine what stress you hold, and keeping up with 3 children too?! What I CAN tell you, is that if you don't take care of SELF first; SELF can't take care of anything or anybody!!! Take time to look after your eating and sleeping, and you will make it through! :)
