I've had a great week so far. Starting a 5 pm to 5pm, 24 hour fast today. Should wake up in the 260s and meet my goal a day early.
270.2 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
