Stuck to quantity and quality of my calorie intake for this week, plus time at the gym. I need to do this for more than one week though. Someone mentioned it was a lifestyle. Hope I can keep that lifestyle, but trying to enjoy it also!
174.8 lb Lost so far: 33.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

nice drop and I am sure the gym along with your determination to stay within the limits you set will get the job done. Once you start feeling better both mentally and physically the work seems easier.
