I been surrounded by people that cut this and that from their diet. after a while of cutting it it’s not worth it if they truly miss it 😳 and bum they gain their weight back in a couple months

Las year I lost the weight with the 80/20 diet and it was not to hard because hubby was working far away from home, so my indulge day were just one a month, then we came with him and in about 3 months I had gained almost half of the weight back, this year my goal is to learn how to eat with him at home

The train rolls down the track 24/7-365, there aren't any temporary fixes and the thing is never through.

Good comments. It's all about finding a way to maintain for life that fits your life. I think that's the most difficult part. I know I'm still struggling to get exercise in consistently and still keep up with the rest of my life. I LOVE to exercise but still hard.

Yay keilin at least u know why! My issue was anxiety, being bored, nothing to do (spare time ), cleaning the kitchen, cooking and tasting food, many untangle things 😳

Yes 365 days. well u know very well how this goes phil we can get a break. an hr break, a day, sure a week but I feel the issue is when we can’t get the control back, when we feel grossed out about ourselves, when all we feel is regret. That to me is not a break it’s a fall...it’s ok pick ur self up 👌🏼 But ideally figure out how not to fall

Oh, yeah, I relish the few breaks I get! Around my casa it's pedal-to-the-metal 100% most of the time, unless everyone is asleep.

I've learned a lot just watching how my wife and daughter eat, they eat whatever they want, but they don't gorge themselves. My wife has always skipped breakfast and lunch, she eats sweets frequently, just not a lot at any given time. I don't know where i learned the gluttonous behavior that caused me to gain so much weight, but I'm glad I finally got that in check.

Cute chart! Its the (long-term) LIFESTYLE / CONSISTENCY that trips us up - always wanting a quick fix, a magic pill, or no discipline...that's the American way. Don't you sometimes wonder - can't one thing in this life just be easy?
