13th Day, stressing like crazy. I have a sailing race today. I will be very active on boat. And this diet is not very sport friendly. Fingers Crossed 🤞🏼🤞🏼
185.8 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Haha I never eat on board. But our skipper tend to shower us with snacks (and wine). Was a slow day on the water (no wind) but hey, perfect for a tan🤣🤣

I would kick the diet during that time period.. unless it's a cruise-liner and your not doing much.. just chillaxing. If your doing the actual running around, tie-ing ropes and using up energy.. you might faint. I know someone that does that sailing for competitions and they buy those gel energy packs in bulk... https://usn.co.za/shop/products/vooma-ultra

Thanks Eugene, I sail competitively. I will definitely look into it. I felt okay today on the boat. We were going at 2-3 knots hahaha so today was cruising. But I am feeling dizzy now at home after supper and fluids. Not good.

Dischem and many other pharmacy's sell similar products. If your competing.. they give you that extra boost of energy (think some even have green tea extracts in)
