I took a picture of my scale to prove it- I will put on as soon as I can figure it out how to put on -

I ate yesterday a handful of m&m's, 4 bones of pork ribs st louis style, 3/4 pound of chimis chicken, steak, shrimp fajitas with onions, peppers green and red, some lettuce on top, diet soda rc cola and diet sun drop -
piece of birthday cake twinkie size - - water

everything eaten with no sauces although the chimis salsa is great on the fajitas - not this time -

did a lot of physical activities through the evening last night , playing with 3 shitzu dogs, walking and playing with the kids -

son went to florida for a week , everyone had a separate vacation this year with their friends - unable for whole family to get off work and go together but we hope at christmas to do that -
