I'm so excited about my journey. I'm committed and dedicated to this lifestyle change. I was invited to a cookout and I'm so proud of myself I made wise choices which were small and ate very little. Life is about choices and I let my friends know up front I'm doing this for my health and enjoying myself along the way. My toughest time was actually starting over again in Jan. but after the first 2 months of detoxing the sugar out of my system I was fine. I get tempted everyday and my saying is this if I can't take a taste or portion control it then I will say no. I'm in control and every day i hath to keep myself motivated through prayer, exercise and support. And sometimes I feel all alone but I know that's not true others is going through and winning. Be encouraged and stay focused. We will reach our goal and maintain.
236.8 lb Lost so far: 37.6 lb.    Still to go: 59.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
