I have Muscular Dystrophy, which means I’m losing my muscles gradually. The only exercise I can do is to swim or stand. I can’t really burn through the recommended calories. I’m now training my body to eat between 1100-1300 cal a day. I need to eat better, but FatSecret keeps me honest. 🍷📱🥊 cheers
175.0 lb Lost so far: 87.1 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
