This looks great! I’ve been Studying nutrition and you might want to check out Sally Fallon or my favorite book “Passionate Nutrition” by jennifer Adlers. It’s a great read!! She talks about many things but one of them being the importance of eating fat. Your brain is 65% fat. And for good cellular health we need...fat! So don’t be afraid to slather on some good olive oil and lemon juice to go with those beautiful salads. Keep up the good work :)
