So frustrated that I haven't even lost a whole pound in the last 11 days.... I guess I'll have to step up my cardio workouts these next two weeks...
135.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Up the cardio is definitely the way to go. Every time I push myself a little harder and I lose a little more weight. Never hurts to push yourself in the cardio game!

Thanks! hahaha, but i didn't even make it to the gym today.. *sigh* tomorrow it'll happen for sure!!
