I'm on my old first edition surface tablet that keeps logging me off FS my laptop is with a friend who loves solving computer problem puzzles..

had the cervical injection this am. as expected doc said my neck is a mess due to the prior injury and surgery. he expects that I will have to have these periodically. keep working out and follow therapist's guidelines. mostly lazy the rest of the day

thanks agreed glen and something to work hard to stay healthy. I work with so many younger people who are ruining their health, it is so sad. my day spent in my friendly recliner after getting home watching netflicks. thankful for some pain meds after the local wore off.
