baskington's Journal, 18 July 2018

Just had one of those mornings, yesterday I was not allowed to do any exercises on my lower body. so I cut my calories, ended up waking up early and tried some whey powder in my coffee instead of cream. That did not work well and it seems isopure and I don't get along. within a hour of having 1/3 scoop in water my legs crapped up.

The physical therapist put me through the ringer today and came home terribly sore everywhere, but especially the calf muscles and leg muscles we are working more intensely.

I was told to use my mineral spray on my legs. what amazing stuff, within a half hour of putting it on my legs, the muscles were very mobile. Like half the discomfort.

If you have leg cramps try some. I have the better you brand but there are a couple good ones out there

I heard that can help for plantar fasciitis. Good to know it works! Glad you are getting relief!
