I am so tired today. I think I am going to have to take a lot of breaks to get up an walk a bit or I may fall asleep at my desk. It's been gloomy here so I think that's part of it, and I didn't sleep well last night, so that doesn't help either. Maybe an early bedtime will be in my future, which sounds wonderful.

On the eating and exercise front, I feel like I've done well this week. My kids and hubby made themselves buttery grilled beef and cheese sandwiches on Texas toast last night, but I stuck with wraps instead. I knew if I had that bread and butter it would hurt my stomach, so thinking about that really turned me off of the sandwich, and the wrap was good and I could make two small ones for less calories than one of those sandwiches. I'm liking my exercise program so far too, so hopefully I stick with it. I'm going to struggle after work today to get it done because of being tired, but I just have to get myself changed and do it.
