Looks like I have stalled out after 2 week Keto challenge...I know my problem is too much vodka,diet iced tea and lemonade. So today, more water and no vodka at all. Thought I could lose the weight without giving up my vice. No such luck. I gave up wine some time ago so I can do this too, going to Las Vegas with my sister on Aug 5 and really want to drop another 10 lbs before that. All in all did really good during the 2 weeks, down a total of 9 lbs. Not bad for an old lady who does not exercise.....
201.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
