Not too shabby!
I took a weekend trip to Nashville/Franklin Tennessee this past weekend, and I was able to keep it 95% keto. My only slip up out of ALL of the meals was a little Hattie Jane’s creamery ice cream that was so incredibly sugary (but... amazing) I could only eat about 1/4 cup of it. And it’s not that it was gross because of all the sugar... it was my tastebuds that had completely realigned and couldn’t handle the sugar. Also knowing that I needed to not have a stomachache for the next 10 hours in a car was also a good hard stop. ;)

When I got back from TN, I was up to 200.8 and I’m already back here with just some lighter keto meals. I needed to keep it less fatty for the past few days as well as my gallbladder was acting up again. So yes, .2 lbs up still but it seriously could have been so much worse. Biscuits at the Loveless Cafe? I passed on ‘em. BBQ covered in sauce? Pass! I’m proud of myself for not breaking down and eating all the things. As much as I missed the southern food that I enjoyed before keto... I’m learning experiences don’t have to be tied to food, and even if they are a little... they can still be keto. Always learning! Keep it up everyone, we can do it!
198.6 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Love to hear how you enjoy Keto like this. I see why when loosing on Keto, you get to keep it off.
