I went extra hard in the gym today. Did an interval training on the ellipitcal and biked to and from the gym. I wore a sweatshirt the whole time, and lost 3 pounds of sweat all in all. I rehdyrated and ate a good breakfast and I am feeling fresh and brand new. The journey continues...
