...Well, thirty minutes on the elliptical wasn't too bad, just couldn't find my groove...what's really disheartening is how I can barely get through one minute's worth of planks without my arms screaming "You idiot! What are you thinking?!"
...well Arms, I'm thinking I'm out of shape and just running isn't going to cut it...I'm thinking of climbing trees back when I was little and how much I'd love to get to the point where, if I wanted to (and could find a decent climbing tree around here), I could...I'm thinking I'm going to prove myself wrong and keep going because, if/when [REDACTED] kicks in, I'd better be in the best shape of my life because it's going to hit fast and hard and there's a chance I won't be able to do this anymore...
I'm thinking a small win is still a win...
...and that I think too much...but then, I already knew that. ^^
