Today is a day of celebration! 🎉

I have officially lost 30 pounds.
I have been at my current job for 1 year.
I have been without nicotine/cigarettes for 1 month.

There is nothing I can’t do if I just put my mind to it!

My next goal? To get down to my goal weight (only 8.6 pounds to go!) before vacation August 11th, and to stop biting my nails. Lol

I got this! 👊🏼
138.6 lb Lost so far: 29.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love your enthusiasm! Keep it up!! I quit smoking and all Rx drugs in June of 2017 and I am so proud of myself. so I know how you're feeling with your current milestone. I'm proud of you!!
