Day 1 of IF went well.... tomorrow want to keep my carbs to 50g during my eating window.

@mapaseka, I am doing the 17:7. I stop eating around 5:30pm then eat the next day at 11:00am.

@MapasekaT.... thanks hun. Now am eager to try the 24 hour fast. I have fasted before but for spiritual reasons not for weight reasons so def going to do it... You are my motivation hahaha
