Got my fasted cardio in and now it’s time to feast!

lol! my belly has shrunk (on the inside :/) it's hard to eat a lot and not feel a bit sick. Abef I started out only making 1 serving of food to make sure I didn't over eat. I think that really saved me. Although, it's mostly because I was too lazy to cook after cooking my meal and the rest of my family's meal :D lol I still feel that binge monster lurking on the edge. Especially when I snack in between meals. I have to be really careful with nuts around. They don't make me feel full right away, i dont have to cook them, and they takes sweet to me #weakness!

After so much fasting I know I do not need 'a lot of food'. I basically overeat every time I eat. You're just behaving like a person should.
