At my age, losing weight is tough. Last time I dieted, I lost 40 pounds doing the same plan in same amount of time. 20 pounds is good, but it's coming off painfully slow. Last time I could have a cheat day, so far haven't had a cheat day and weight goes up and down. I'm hoping since I'm working out it's because of muscle build up.
