Ok trying to get this healthy lifestyle down, I’ve been doing the right thing about 50% of the time but the other 50% 👎🏽
So here’s to another week of getting it right.

1. Logging food and exercise this week
2. Taking my probiotic
3. Stop eating at 8pm
4. Drink 4 bottles of water 💦 (16 oz each)
5. No BREAD 🥖🚫

Going to take it one day at a time and hopefully next Sunday I’ll be cheering because I did it!!
