My weight seems to fluctuate pretty seriously (2-4lbs) day to day. I would like to get my body fat down to 25%, currently nearly 34%. My highest weight was 220 about 5 years ago. I put on a lot of weight when I had Mono at 19, and I’ve never seemed to lose it. My adult life, I don’t think I’ve been under 185. I’m 5’10” so 185 felt pretty good. I was always athletic and muscular playing soccer and downhill skiing competitively through high school. I have been eating Keto for a few weeks so far, actually had a family weekend traveling and went totally off the rails last weekend, so I guess this is my first full week back on strict Keto. Over the past year, I have had a lot of weird health and cognitive issues. Eating Keto seems to be alleviating them somewhat, and I only hope that continues to improve.

I start low in the morning and by evening with all the water I drink I definitely have 2 to 4 pounds. it is 99% of the time gone in the morning. I am glad you are getting some relief from your health issues eating keto. my hardest thing is to force myself to eat enough veggies. I think it will help to regulate my water retention a little better. getting 10 net is a challenge for me. I also have a hard time keeping my calories up. Just not hungry.
