I took 3 days off of exercising this week. I usually do at least 5. My weight is going up and down as usual. I have a new outlook though. My mom showed me a picture of myself when I was heavy. I can't believe how far I have come. I was a little down last time I posted, but after seeing that picture, I feel like I am back on track. I was almost 230lbs 2 years ago. Today, I weighed in at 147.2. I am so proud of myself. I never thought that I could do it. Going to try and get to 138 for my next goal. My BMI is almost in the normal range. I appreciate all of the support that was given to me along the way. I wish I would of found fatsecret sooner.

Basically you have kept a large amount of weight off for YEARS. Since most people gain the weight back after a year, you have already beat the odds.

Just curious - are you doing beachbody workouts? I am doing t25 and cize so that is why i am asking. You have done amazing! Also i like the message in your avitar.

I started working out faithfully April 2017. I saw a commercial for PIYO (beachbody program). I did the program for 60 days and that jump started my weight loss. No secret. I exercised, ate healthy and watched my portions. The only exercise suggestion that I have, is try yoga. It is great for your mind, body and soul. The only thing that I can say is exercise, eat healthy, and trust the strength that you have within yourself.

Ty! Really you are an inspiration! I should try it. I don't have either of those bb programs, but i am a long-time fan of the tv show survivor, and vytas was on twice so i know him, lol.

I agree with you with exercise, healthy eating and just having a positive attitude. If you put your mind to it you could get to your goals. You just can't give up. Way to go. Happy Sunday

Jengenfit123: You can get Beachbody on Demand. That is what I have. If you have an internet connection, you should be able to get it. I use a firstick and it works fine. If you want more information, go to beachbodyondemand.com. I signed up for a year and it's about $8 a month. You can get all of there programs that way. It's helped me. :*)

Ty mrsmagyk!! I debated getting bbod, and i still may, but i have found i really like shaun t, and i already have several of his programs on dvd. If i move up to insanity (doubtful at this point) i would probably do it. For now, am seriously surprised every time i actually make it through the workouts.

When I first started PIYO, I didn't think that I could do it either. I just did my best with the modifiers. Without them, I don't think I would of made it. Keep it up and stay positive, you will make it!
