Well i had a tough weekend I knew better but had to go to happy hour anyway! had a great time tried to stay good but the next day wow did i crave carbs - sunday was not too bad i did eat a mini pizza just cuz it looked so good...I got on the eliptical machine or as i call it the "coma machine" and worked out 30 minutes!
Friday my sis told me to excersize like a bear is chasing You .... I learned today, i will be in trouble if a bear does chase me lol
