These past few weeks have been extremely stressful, especially dealing with our oldest son. It's a wonder I lost any weight. Trying to keep my wits about me, but been munching on too much salt for snacks. So I finally cut up a watermelon last night and brought some to work. Between that and my coffee, I've been in the bathroom half the morning, lol. Maybe that will get rid of some of the excess salt in my system! Looking forward to our vacation next month. Hoping our son doesn't cause too much grief while we're there. Going somewhere different this year. Navarre Beach, panhandle of Fla. We rented a condo that is fully equipped and has beach service, so that will lighten the packing load! I'm ready to just sit back, watch the waves, soak up a little sun and enjoy an adult beverage. My youngest son and I are excited that there is a gym at the condo. I told him we can work out in the morning, eat some breakfast and either hit the pool or the beach. Hope to do some exploring too, since we've never been there, but I don't want to wear myself out. The hubs has always been an on-the-go vacationer, but he's learning to chill some, having been with me on vacation for several years now, lol.
