still hovering around the same for about 2 1/2 weeks. But as long as I am not gaining.
188.9 lb Lost so far: 8.1 lb.    Still to go: 53.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

yes I am doing the same and resetting all my macro's and calories. I feel much better so even if it still stalls, I know I will continue to drop measurements aka get fitter.

Good Plan @baskington I probably should do the same. I am at week 7. I am right now trying to tweek my fat & protein to see if that makes a difference.
