@Crunk King, I baked them! Made sure they were dry and put them in at 250° for 30min then 450° for 40min. @jaynes3912, I adjusted my goals in the settings. I’m not an expert, but Keto often works off the ratio of 75% fat, 20% protein and 5% carbs. @xer0e, nothing I eat is what most would call "diet food" and I have lost 120lbs. What is good for one, may not work for another. If you are going to be rude/judgemental then scroll one, no one needs that. And for the record, I'd rather eat chicken wings and dressing and lose weight than anything with kale in it.
