After 2 weeks I lose another 3lbs. Not in a rush to lose weight. I’m looking at this as a journey and a lifestyle. It needs to be sustainable. I’m not doing Keto, however I am counting calories and limiting my carb intake and improving veggie intake with lean protein.

Thanks everyone! Everyone’s posts really help me with either motivation, food ideas and of course weight management. Kriss, my doctor is the one who recommended I drop Keto due to my elevated cholesterol and hyperlipidemia. My sugar levels have improved significantly. It’s just about making changes to best suit your body’s needs.
