Yes I did do that! I often treat myself to exactly what I’m craving. Rules are it has to be a fruit or a vegetable. I do it all the time. I gave up processed foods- all starches too- and have had awesome success with keeping total calories at 1200

I eat these grapes all the time. They are the best snack at work. Filling, too!

If you like you can try freezing them and leaving the container in the freezer, just grabbing some to go. Also makes for a frozen treat after a meal. I also do this with raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries.
