Y'ALL!!!!! Since I'm on my monthly I'm craving CHOCOLATE!!! So out of desperation the other night I actually had an amazing idea that I'm now going to use forever!!!

1 package 1/3 less fat cream cheese
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (this one was hersheys and it was 3 carbs with 2 fiber - so only 1 net)
splenda
vanilla

I lined a tupperware with a lid with parchment paper and spread it out on the paper and put the lid on and put it in the freezer... the next next i broke it up and ate it frozen and it was AMAZING and just like a real chocolate dessert!!!

8 servings, 2 carbs each, no sugar alcohol (which makes me have diarrhea soooo bad, TMI I know!! lol), and only 75 calories! (I count calories)

Tonight I'm trying my second batch I made that has 6 tablespoons of the cocoa powder..hoping that it's amazing like the first batch but more chocolately...I tasted it before I froze it and it tasted JUST like brownie batter so my hopes are high...I wanted to wait until I tried the second batch tonight but the news was just too exciting to risk forgetting to tell you guys :)

OH!!! and I have Maranatha brand peanut butter (only 4 net carbs per serving) and I was thinking I might blend that up with some splenda and spread that on top some time. I didn't this time though cause I wanted to keep the calories super low.

I've been literally eating this the last two nights care free because it's only 300 calories for half of it and that's A LOT

I lose weight and feel great while eating it so don't care. Also..I've read that Stevia is just as processed if you're not buying the straight Stevia leaf...and you'lll know it's the pure stuff because it's green

Just add to your liking..i think i must have put in half a cup of baking splenda in the big bag

I usually have a chocolate protein shake for those cravings. Low sugar and all good vitamins. Sadly PowerBar is discontinuing the shake! :( I’m a sad panda.

@sharonsvictory, I came across your post and wondered if you ever thought about trying Carnation Breakfast. There are many flavors and versions (high protein, light start, mocha, and classic). Instant carnation breakfasts essentials is usually gluten free as well. They come in a packet size serving, can be made in water or best with low fat, skim milk, almond milk, or others. Pour, Mix or stir, it is enough to fill an 8 oz glass, and often times fill me up or quenches my chocolate craving..... around 130 cals per serving packet, loads of vitamins..... If I get a craving on an occasion at night time, I will use either this or a small glass of whey (chocolate flavor) protein. It will usually do the trick..... and is less work than baking or cooking items. Unless your into this and don't mind the time it takes to bake..... Anyhow, just an idea, totally up to you......I wish you well.
