Loving the LOSS! Having the family involved definitely makes things easier for support, but MORE WORK to prep all their dang food! I'm glad that they are done with their first week, so I can start expanding a few recipes.

I'm still struggling with feeling weak, light headed, and maybe a little foggy from time to time. I've learned that coffee DOES NOT HELP. It just makes me jittery! LOL. I think the MG tablets are helping. I added some salt to my water today, so let's hope this dizziness comes to an end.

While installing the dryer vent last night I struggled to pull out the energy to keep my arms above my head for very long. I pushed through it, but in general, I'm not a fan of the fragile feeling. My calorie count was low yesterday (I'm not hungry), but I've gotta figure out how to get back to a normal strength level with this WOE.

It is important to get a good balance with your macro's and your calories. Have you looked up your needs on a good keto calculator?? going too low on calories will definitely effect you. we all chatted about making sure you have your extra minerals, I take basic vitamins, magnesium, b complex and definitely salt. also at least 60 ounces or more of water, coffee etc combo. dizziness can be just a lack of enough fluids. Even if you are not hungry you need to eat enough to fuel your body.
