I never could imagine fasting for 20 hours before..Now it is like nothing..I go 18 at least everyday

I already devoured it :D Fasting 16-18 hours isn’t too big of a deal unless my calories were very low the day before. 20-24 is harder because I feel a lill dazed but hunger pains aren’t really an issue.

@Almira 30 - If I don't consume an Electrolyte concentrate (electrolyte water is not enough) I will feel lethargic and 'foggy' after two days of fasting.

Why are you fasting? What is the benefit you imagine? Being foggy would seem to me to be a bad sign.

Gail I fast to avoid insulin spikes, incourage fat adaption, cleanse, not actually hungry, and because I was stuck at work with out food 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
