If I were in your shoes, I would tell myself to buy a lot of bacon, eggs, hamburger patties and sausages. Eat exclusivly till shamefully full for two three days, on following days just eat till full, and take the ride further from there, always making sure to never go hungry.

It IS real, but YOU can do it! And you know what - it gets easier and fun bc your clothes get too big and you like what you see in the mirror again and you feel amazing. So do it!!
